Rosie Richardson has become widely recognised for her work as a collaborative pianist supporting many of the most exciting young string players currently emerging. Her passion for this work has led to recitals at major venues around the country such as the Wigmore Hall, Purcell Room and Bridgewater Hall with overseas engagements in the USA, Netherlands, France, Portugal and Austria.
Rosie graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama with a Masters in solo performance under the tutelage of Senior Professor Joan Havill. During her studies she won the school’s Romantic Piano Prize and gave recital and concerto performances around the UK as an artist for the Making Music Award.
Rosie is a faculty pianist for the string department at the Guildhall and class pianist for Head of Strings, Professor Louise Hopkins.
